Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

It can take up to 7 days for a refund to be applied.
If you haven’t received a refund after this time period, firstly check your bank account or check Paypal correspondence. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Finally contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We cannot replace items if they are defective or damaged. But we shall take a return for the item to which you will receive a refund once finalised. If you still choose to purchase the item again you must re-place a new order.

Shipping
To return your product, the customer shall be responsible for re-packing and return shipping. However if the item is damaged or incorrect we shall refund the customer subjecting they provide us evidence of there return receipt and cost.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, but our company cannot be held responsible.

Courier Policy

By purchasing any of our items you will automatically be agreeing to the terms set out on this policy:

Handling

All our parcels are sent by the following parcel companies:

  • Yodel
  • Hermes
  • Royal Mail
  • DPD

Parcel Liability 

We always aim in providing our customers with excellent service from start to finish. We dispatch all our items on the same day, with a 1 - 3 days delivery time. In the unlikely event of the carrier companies damaging or delaying a parcel, our company cannot be held responsible. The customer shall be sent out a new order free of charge with no option of a refund at this point.

Tracking & Insurance

All our parcel are not only tracked but also insured. Therefore in any circumstances the carrier company may lose your parcel the customer shall receive a full refund.

Missed or Rejected Delivery

If the item is returned back to us due to a customer unable to attend the door on delivery three times, then the delivery cost of £3.50 shall be charged. If the customer chooses to have the order resent they shall have to pay an additional cost of £3.50 to our account. Once the payment has been received we shall resend the order.
