Returns & Courier Policy – Clear Hygiene Ltd

General Policy

All our sellers are obligated to provide a 30 day return policy.

Due to these items being cleaning supplies, you may at times open a package and then realize you are unsatisfied with the product and that may not be reusable for the seller to sell again. so in this circumstance the seller most partially refund the order for the items that have not been used.This policy is there to protect the seller and buyer.

Return  

The Seller is liable to provide the buyer with a Return label, but in some circumstances the buyer will be liable to pay for the return as listed below.

  • placed order by mistake 
  • un-wanted item 
  • found cheaper somewhere else.

All returns should be tracked to avoid any dispute.

If the item is returned and the tracking has indicated return, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 Days of Return Date.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

It can take up to 7 days for a refund to be applied.
If you haven’t received a refund after this time period, firstly check your bank account or check Paypal correspondence. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Finally contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We do not recommend our seller to replace items if they are defective or damaged, but shall Accept a return for a exchange of refund.

Shipping

All our seller are obligated to send the under parcel tracked service, with a delivery time scale of only 48Hours Delivery.Failing to met this target could lead to suspension of account.

Missed or Rejected Delivery

If the item is returned back to Seller due to a customer unable to attend the door on delivery, then the seller may choice to charge the buyer an a max of £3.50 for failing to receive order delivery.

Once the buyer has received the product back he will then be obligated to refund the buyer the remaining balance of order.

If the Buyer then chooses to have the order resent they shall have to replace order.

Dispute
